Heartbeat is the private home for the work that has been unfolding in the Releasing Community.It exists to support something very simple and very demanding: staying present, honest, and steady over time — without performing, fixing, or turning this work into content.We meet weekly for live, human‑led facilitation calls. Replays and releases are held privately, for use when and how you want them.

Why Heartbeat Exists

For many years, this work was published publicly.Over time, it became clear that what allows it to stay alive — honest, vulnerable, and responsive — cannot be sustained that way.Heartbeat exists so this work can continue in a container that fits it: private, human‑led, paced, and supported.This work is intended to grow.The aim is not expansion for its own sake, but growth that preserves signal, pacing, and relational integrity as it scales.I want this work to reach people it can genuinely serve.Growth here is guided by fit and trust, not pressure.

The Founding Phase

Heartbeat is in its founding phase.That means the rhythm is being actively established, the container is still taking shape, and early support has a real, structural impact on whether this work can continue in this form.Founding members are not buying access to a finished system. They are helping stabilize a live, human‑led practice while it is still being held directly.This phase is time‑bound.
